We do not guarantee pet staining removal, as the urine may have chemically altered the color of the fibers. If a stain has not affected the fibers permanently, we have a much higher chance of removing it. Please call us as soon as you notice the stain since taking care of it as early as possible decrease the chance that the damage will become permanent.
