Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful experience with this company. Juan, the person who we worked with, did a great job explaining the process of the cleaning, was prompt picking up and delivering the rugs and was really good to work with. The rugs returned very clean and bright so we couldn’t be more pleased with everything that transpired. The cost of the cleaning was very reasonable given the results. 👏👏👏

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One World Rug is worth every penny. We had four different area rugs from four different parts of Asia. They expertly cleaned each one. Juan, one of the team explained in detail the cleaning process, measured and evaluated each rug, and took them from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. Juan was professional, kind and friendly. Today all the rugs came home…

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Juan did an amazing job cleaning the area rugs for the President’s home at the University of New Mexico. The area rugs had not been deeply cleaned in a while. Juan and his team did a tremendous job to bring the rugs back to their original brilliance! Juan also showrd an ability to identify the type of rug and how best to use the rugs in the house. He considered the color and pattern of each item and what would work best. I so appreciate Juan’s care and attention to detail.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you want your rugs in the best hands, take them to One World Rug Care. After an accident with my rug, their team went above and beyond. They were so kind, handled the pickup right away, and kept me informed through every step of the process. They just delivered and reinstalled it, and it looks brand new! Their knowledge and amazing customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you so much!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So far this year, we have had 13 carpets large and small cleaned and several of them repaired by One World Rug Care -- for the first time since we bought them over 20 years ago. What an amazing difference the cleaning has made. And the repairs have been impeccable. Well worth the (very fair) cost.
