What Customers Say About Our Custom Rug Work
From custom-cut rugs and resizing to binding, serging and edge repair, see what customers have to say about the craftsmanship and attention to detail at One World Rug Care.
“We had Michael and his team custom-cut a rug for us. They did a phenomenal job - Great attention to detail and great suggestions from Michael on design. We will be using them again.”
Scott Hindman“I asked One World Rug Care to cut a large piece of carpet down to a smaller size area rug with serged edges. The work was completed even sooner than I expected, and the workmanship was excellent!”
TitusLivy777“The estimate was accurate as well as the time frame for job to be finished. Our carpet was cleaned, resized and surged on all four sides. It looks fantastic!”
Cindy Pokorski“They went above and beyond to bind the rug ends. To make sure the color matched, they had to select a yarn that couldn't be machine stitched and so they stitched it by hand.”
Helene Wouters“The team did a gorgeous job on repairing a large hole, and also improving the overall edging of my older rug. This is the second big job I've had for them and they are #1 for me with any and all rug care!”
Kristina Flanagan“Everyone was responsive and helpful from our first interaction. Michael had great suggestions on how to make the rug work for us. The workmanship is top notch and we love the way it looks in our dining room. Excellent experience.”
