I found them when I noticed a rug looking ragged. It was being eaten and they came out, got it, fumigated it and returned it. This was the second time I took some rugs to One World Rug Care, and as before, they did an amazing job this time cleaning 4 rugs and repairing fringe (pulled from vacuuming) on 2 of them. Previously, I'd had a New Zealand rug bought from Pottery Barn years ago repaired, as my dog clawed 3 holes down to the webbing. One World has gone beyond my expectations in the quality of their service. Moreover, Sohail spent a significant amount of time explaining what each of my rugs needed and what they could do, when I brought them in this time. And earlier this year, when the first rug I took to them was delivered, cleaned and repaired, Sohail provided us with an extensive education in Middle Eastern rug origins, patterns, colors, etc. as well as his expertise for our ongoing at-home rug care. I can't say enough great things about One World Rug Care. I won't take my rugs for cleaning or repair to anyone else.
